Hub Manager

The Hub Incharge is responsible for managing end-to-end hub operations, ensuring smooth last-mile delivery, shipment handling, rider management, and operational excellence. The role involves supervising daily logistics activities, maintaining service levels, managing manpower, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage overall hub operations as per company SOPs and operational standards.
• Ensure timely inbound, sorting, dispatch, and last-mile delivery of shipments.
• Supervise delivery executives, sorters, and hub staff for smooth operations.
• Monitor daily pickup, delivery, return, and RTO performance.
• Handle rider hiring, onboarding, attendance, and manpower allocation.
• Maintain operational KPIs such as productivity, TAT, SLA, and customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer escalations and operational issues on priority.
• Coordinate with warehouse, transport, and support teams for seamless workflow.
• Ensure proper inventory management, stock reconciliation, and shipment accuracy.
• Maintain daily MIS reports, dashboards, and operational records.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, SOP adherence, and Zero Tolerance Policy (ZTP).
• Control hub expenses, petty cash, and operational costs.
• Conduct team meetings, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
• Maintain hub discipline, hygiene, and infrastructure standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce operational errors and improve efficiency
