Job Description:

• Deliver classroom instruction and practical training for assigned subjects.
• Prepare lesson plans, training schedules, and instructional materials.
• Demonstrate operation, maintenance, and safe use of tools, machines, and equipment.
• Conduct assessments, theory &practical tests, and student evaluations.
• Maintain workshop/lab discipline and safety standards.
• Track student attendance, progress, and performance records.
• Assist students with industrial exposure and placements.
• Update training methods based on current industry practices and technologies.
• Support extracurricular activities, skill competitions, and institutional events.
