Job Description


  • Key ResponsibilitiesRead and understand fabrication drawings and blueprints.
  • Measure, cut, fit, and align metal components.
  • Perform welding using Arc/MIG/TIG welding processes.
  • Assemble and install fabricated structures and equipment.
  • Repair damaged metal parts and welding joints.
  • Use hand tools, grinders, gas cutters, and welding machines.
  • Check dimensions and maintain welding quality standards.
  • Follow workplace safety procedures and PPE requirements.
  • Coordinate with production and maintenance teams.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
  • Required SkillsKnowledge of welding techniques and fitting work.
  • Ability to read technical drawings.
  • Experience in Arc welding, gas cutting, and fabrication.
  • Basic measurement and inspection skills.
  • Good physical fitness and teamwork ability.
  • QualificationITI / Diploma in Fitter, Welder, Fabrication, or related trade.
  • Experience1–5 years experience in fabrication, manufacturing, or maintenance industry.
