Warehouse Executive

Receive and verify incoming stock, packaging materials, and consumables.

Maintain GRNs, purchase records, supplier invoices, and inventory documentation.

Update stock transactions, supplier bills, and inventory records in GoFrugal.

Process store indents and create Delivery Challans (DC) for stock transfers.

Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the Procurement Team for replenishment.

Coordinate repacking activities and issue packaging materials to the packing team.

Generate barcodes, maintain product masters, costing sheets, and MRP records.

Maintain wastage reports, bulk stock reports, and inventory records.

Receive and process stock returns from stores.

Support stock verification, reconciliation, and inventory audits.

Ensure proper inventory management, FIFO compliance, and warehouse organization.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in Warehouse, Inventory, Retail, Supermarket, FMCG, or Logistics operations.

Basic knowledge of inventory software and MS Excel.

Experience with billing, inventory entry, GRN processing, or stock management preferred.

Good attention to detail and documentation skills.

Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage inventory accurately.
