Position : Waiter / Steward

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and assist them in selecting food and beverages.
• Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and maintained throughout service.
• Attend to guest requests and resolve complaints courteously.
• Prepare bills and process payments as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant and service areas.
• Follow company policies, food safety regulations, and grooming standards.

Requirements:

• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
• Prior hotel or restaurant experience is preferred.
