 Minimum 12th pass

 Diploma / Degree candidates preferred

2. Computer Skills

 Proficiency in basic computer operations and file management.

 Ability to create, edit, organize, and maintain digital files and folders.

 Knowledge of PDF creation, conversion, and basic document handling.

3. Software Knowledge

 Adobe Software’s (Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat)

 MS-Office (Advanced formatting skills)

4. Typing Skills

 Fast and accurate typing speed

 Tamil & English typing knowledge (Other language)

5. Language Skills

 Good reading and understanding of English and Tamil

 Ability to type accurately without spelling mistakes

 Basic grammar knowledge

6. Formatting Knowledge

 Page setup and layout design

 Font selection and formatting

 Header, Footer, Tables & Page Numbering

7. Attention to Detail

 Ability to identify and correct typing errors

 Careful checking of spacing, alignment and formatting

8. Experience (Preferred)

 Experience in DTP / Typesetting

 Experience in Printing Press, Publishing, Educational Content, or Newspaper Industry

9. Time Management
