Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join our team. The employee will be responsible for collecting instant food products from the warehouse daily, loading them on a bike, and selling them to stores or in the market based on requirements. The candidate must be goal-oriented and committed to achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Collect products from the warehouse every day.
Load and transport products on a bike.
Sell products in stores or markets as per requirements.
Build and maintain good relationships with retailers/customers.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Maintain records of sales and report to the supervisor.
Requirements:
Must own a bike with a valid driving license.
Previous sales or field experience preferred (FMCG/retail).
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Minimum qualification: 10th
