Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Respond to customer complaints and service requests promptly.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, Technical, Logistics, and Operations teams to resolve customer issues.
- Follow up on pending complaints, service requests, and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and complaints.
- Update customers regarding order, delivery, installation, or service status.
- Prepare daily/weekly customer support reports.
