Telesales & Telemarketing Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Telesales & Telemarketing Executive to connect with potential clients, promote our interior design services, and drive lead conversion. The ideal candidate should have experience using CRM, ERP, and billing software, along with strong communication, negotiation, and documentation skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce interior design services and generate leads.
• Qualify leads by understanding client needs, project size, and budget.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and ERP systems.
• Coordinate consultation appointments with the design or sales team.
• Assist in preparing and following up on quotations and billing using billing software.
• Maintain organized documentation of client interactions, follow-ups, and closures.
• Support the sales team in closing deals through persuasive communication and negotiation.
• Achieve weekly/monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
• Use MS Office for reporting, presentations, and client communication.
• Report daily progress and client feedback to management.
