Position: Credit Relationship Officer – Sales
Location: Spencer Plaza, Thousand Lights, Chennai
Experience: 0–5 Years (Freshers & Experienced)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable CreditMantri services.
- Explain credit reports, CIBIL scores, and credit improvement solutions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with prospective customers and close sales opportunities.
- Update customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
Eligibility
- Any Graduate.
- 0–5 years of experience in Telesales, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or BPO Sales.
- Hindi is Mandatory.
