Telesales Executive

Sales & Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to prospective leads, explaining features of SBI cards/insurance to convert them into customers.

Achieve Targets: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets (e.g., number of cards sold or policies issued).

Customer Interaction: Address customer queries, build rapport, and provide information on products to enhance customer experience.

Documentation & CRM: Maintain accurate records of interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Compliance: Adhere to banking regulations and company policies regarding data privacy and sales ethics.
