Language - Hindi , Telugu , Malayalam , Kannada - Given 4 Language One Mandotory

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Contact and qualify loan leads through outbound calls✅ Understand customer requirements and assess loan eligibility✅ Schedule appointments for the Sales Team✅ Follow up with prospects until loan closure✅ Handle customer queries and objections professionally✅ Update CRM/LMS with accurate customer interactions✅ Collaborate with Sales Officers to improve conversions

Eligibility:

✔ Graduate in any discipline (Undergraduates with 1+ year of tele-calling experience can also apply)✔ 1–2 years of experience in Tele Sales, Telemarketing, Banking, NBFC, Insurance, or Sales✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills✔ Basic computer knowledge and CRM proficiency
