Telesales Executive

We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic Tele Sales Executives who can communicate in Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and convincing skills to convert leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company products/services

• Generate sales leads and convert them into successful business opportunities

• Maintain follow-ups with potential customers

• Handle customer queries and provide proper solutions

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system

Required Skills:

• Fluency in Kannada / Telugu / Malayalam (Any one or more)

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Basic computer knowledge

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment

• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills

Eligibility:

• Any Graduate / Undergraduate

• 6 months to 4 years experience in Telecalling / Tele Sales / Voice Process / BPO
