• Job Responsibilities:Contact registered candidates/customers and explain company services and paid packages.
• Engage with potential customers and educate them about the benefits of the application.
• Convince and encourage customers to opt for paid membership plans such as 3-month and 6-month packages.
• Create awareness about the platform and its services.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication.
• Requirements:Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Tamil language.
• Strong convincing and influencing skills.
• Basic knowledge of mobile applications.
• Willingness to travel and work from office.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
• Interest in Telemarketing/Sales process.
• Qualification:12th Pass / Diploma / Any Graduate

• Experience:Minimum 1 year of experience in Telesales, Renewals, or Retention process.

• Age Criteria:20 to 35 Years

• Salary & Benefits:₹18,000 – ₹25,000 In-Hand Salary
