Job Description

Hiring: Telemarketing Executive

Company: The Malayala Manorama Company Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Openings: 30

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Mode: Work from Office

Joining: Immediate

Job Responsibilities:

  • Call registered candidates/customers and explain company services.
  • Promote paid membership plans, including 3-month and 6-month packages.
  • Explain the benefits of the application and encourage subscriptions.
  • Build positive customer relationships through effective communication.
  • Achieve sales targets and support customer retention.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Graduate.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Telesales, Renewals, or Retention.
  • Fluent in Tamil with good communication skills.
  • Strong convincing and sales skills.
  • Basic knowledge of mobile applications.
  • Willing to work from the office in Chennai.

Age Limit: 20–35 Years
