Job Title: Telecalling Team Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telecalling Team Leader to manage and lead our telecalling team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure team targets are met, coach and mentor telecallers, and optimize calling strategies to improve sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of telecallers to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Monitor team performance through KPIs, call metrics, and quality assurance checks.
  • Develop and implement effective calling strategies to maximize lead conversion and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews for team members.
  • Handle escalations from clients or team members and provide solutions promptly.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align telecalling strategies with organizational goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and outcomes in the CRM system.
  • Generate reports on team performance, sales metrics, and call effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer service, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office tools.
  • Analytical mindset to evaluate team performance and improve processes.
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
