Job Description
- Lead GenerationMake outbound calls to prospective customers from company databases and marketing leads.
- Generate new leads through cold calling and follow-up calls.
- Qualify customer requirements and identify genuine buyers.
- Customer Follow-upFollow up with existing enquiries until closure.
- Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, offers, and amenities.
- Address customer queries professionally.
- Appointment SchedulingSchedule site visits with interested customers.
- Coordinate appointments between customers and sales executives.
- Confirm appointments and send reminders.
- CRM ManagementUpdate customer details in CRM software.
- Maintain accurate call records and follow-up status.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly call reports.

- Coordinate with the marketing team regarding campaign responses.
- Inform customers about new launches, offers, and promotional events.
