Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated Tamil Telesales Executive to drive sales for our job portal app. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with job seekers and employers, pitching paid services/subscriptions, and converting leads into customers through effective communication.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers (job seekers & employers)
  • Pitch and sell premium services/subscription plans of the job portal
  • Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly in Tamil
  • Generate leads and convert them into paying customers
  • Follow up regularly to close sales opportunities
  • Handle objections and provide appropriate solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of customers

Required Skills:

  • Fluency in Tamil (Mandatory)

Eligibility Criteria: 12th pass / DiplomaFreshers or candidates with telesales experience can apply

Experience in SaaS, job portals, or BPO sales is an added advantage


Work Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Work Days: Monday to Friday
