Key Responsibilities

• Prospect, generate, and convert leads through cold calling, networking, and site visits.
• Conduct property walk-throughs and present key value propositions to prospective buyers.
• Negotiate property prices and terms between buyers and sellers to reach final agreements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local property markets, legal frameworks, and pricing trends.
• Coordinate documentation, sales agreements, and legal compliance alongside legal teams.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 1–5 years in real estate sales, channel partner sales, or high-value B2C sales.
• Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Other: Local market knowledge and valid driver’s license/personal transport preferred.

We are looking for a Real Estate Recruitment Consultant to source, interview, and onboard top-tier sales talent, property managers, and executive leadership for real estate operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, local networks, and headhunting.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidate suitability for real estate roles.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment pipelines for sales agents, team leaders, and operations staff.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.
• Track hiring metrics, schedule interview rounds, and manage offer letters and onboarding.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 2–5 years of agency or in-house recruitment experience, specifically targeting real estate or retail sales talent.
• Skills: Expertise in headhunting, talent mapping, ATS platforms, and candidate evaluation.
