Job Description – Telecalling Executive

Job Title: Telecalling Executive – Loans

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Job Type: Full-Time

Industry: Financial Services

  • Job Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding personal loans, business loans, and housing loans.
  • Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and basic documentation requirements.
  • Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
  • Collect customer details and coordinate for loan documentation.
  • Maintain daily call records and update lead status.
  • Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling targets.
  • Maintain professional communication and good customer relationships.
  • Required SkillsGood communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
  • Basic knowledge of loan products and financial services.
  • Good convincing and customer-handling skills.
  • Ability to make calls, follow up with customers, and meet targets.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
