Tele Sales Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Contact potential and existing customers using prepared scripts to pitch products.
• Needs Analysis: Ask probing questions to understand customer requirements and recommend the best solutions.
• Closing Sales: Negotiate terms, overcome objections, and persuade prospects to make a purchase.
• Up-selling: Suggest upgrades or complementary products to existing customers.
• CRM Updates: Maintain accurate records of all calls, sales, and customer interactions in the database.

Tele Collection Responsibilities:

• Payment Reminders: Call customers to notify them of overdue accounts and pending payments.
• Negotiation: Discuss payment terms, establish realistic repayment plans, and settle outstanding balances within company guidelines.
• Dispute Resolution: Address and resolve customer inquiries or complaints regarding their billing and account statements.
• Follow-Ups: Track scheduled payment promises and conduct regular follow-ups until the debt is recovered.
• Escalation: Identify high-risk accounts and escalate them to management or legal teams as necessary
