Telecalling Executive

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

• Conduct outbound calls to manufacturing companies, OEMs, EPC contractors, consultants, and industrial customers.

• Generate enquiries and identify new business opportunities.

• Build and maintain a database of prospective customers.

• Schedule appointments for field sales engineers.

Customer Interaction

• Understand customer requirements and applications.

• Introduce company products and solutions.

• Follow up on quotations, enquiries, and pending orders.

• Maintain regular communication with existing customers.

Sales Coordination

• Coordinate with the sales and technical teams.

• Assist in preparing quotations and commercial offers.

• Track enquiry-to-order conversion status.

• Ensure timely customer follow-up.

CRM & Reporting

• Update customer interactions in CRM/ERP.

• Maintain daily call reports and follow-up schedules.

• Submit weekly and monthly performance reports.
