- Role: Voice Process Executive (No Sales)
- Location: Perungudi, Chennai
- Take-home Salary: From ₹13,000 - Up to ₹20,000
- Job Description:
- Make outbound calls to customers whose loans have already been approved.
- Welcome customers and explain the next steps in the loan process.
- Verify basic customer details and assist with any queries.
- Coordinate with customers to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- No sales or target-based calling.
Language Requirement
