Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and target-driven Insurance Telecallers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will contact prospective customers, explain insurance products, understand customer requirements, and generate quality leads or close sales while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities


  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
  • Explain the features, benefits, and coverage of various insurance products.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.
  • Convince customers to purchase insurance policies through effective communication.
  • Follow up with interested customers to convert leads into sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales in the CRM or reporting system.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
  • Handle customer objections professionally and resolve queries effectively.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy processing and customer onboarding.
  • Stay updated on company products, industry regulations, and promotional campaigns.
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while handling customer information.


Required Skills


  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and the local language.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Good listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, Email).
  • Time management and organizational skills.


Qualification :


  • Minimum: Higher Secondary (12th Pass).
  • Graduation in any discipline is preferred.
  • Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or insurance sales is an added advantage.


Working Hours


  • Monday to Saturday
  • 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
  • Performance Indicators (KPIs)Number of outbound calls made per day.
