Job Description
Hiring: Telecaller & Sales Support Executive
- Call existing customers and enquire about their bearing requirements.
- Handle customer enquiries via Phone, WhatsApp & Email.
- Prepare and send quotations.
- Follow up on quotations and convert them into orders.
- Coordinate with the sales and dispatch team for order processing.
- Update customer details and follow-ups in Zoho CRM.
- Assist in basic digital marketing activities (WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Facebook & Canva).
- Requirements: Good communication skills in Tamil & English (Telugu / Hindi is an added advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
- Experience in Telecalling, Customer Support or Sales preferred.
- Knowledge of Zoho CRM is a plus.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
