Job Description

  1. Make outbound calls to potential customers, MSMEs, industries, factories, institutions, and other organizations.
  2. Explain the company's ISO Certification, ZED Certification, Government Schemes, Food Safety, Audit and Certification services to prospective clients.
  3. Generate new business leads through telephone calls, follow-ups, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
  4. Understand customer requirements and identify suitable certification or service requirements.
  5. Maintain a proper record of calls, leads, follow-ups, customer responses and appointments.
  6. Follow up regularly with interested customers until the enquiry is converted.
  7. Coordinate with the Sales, Audit and Certification teams for client requirements.
  8. Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
  9. Maintain professional communication and build good relationships with customers.
  10. Update daily calling and follow-up status to the reporting manager.
  11. Handle customer queries and provide basic information about company services.
  12. Convert qualified leads into enquiries, meetings and business opportunities.
  • Required SkillsGood Tamil & English communication skills
  • Pleasant and confident telephone manner
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Good follow-up and convincing skills
  • Ability to handle customer objections
  • Target-oriented approach
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel / WhatsApp
  • Previous telecalling or sales experience is preferred.
