Telecalling Executive

Job Responsibilities

·       Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending loan payments and overdue dues.

·       Follow up with customers for EMI payments and outstanding amounts.

·       Handle recovery and collection-related queries professionally.

·       Convince customers to clear pending payments within the given timelines.

·       Maintain regular follow-ups with overdue customers.

·       Update call records, payment commitments and collection status in the system.

·       Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly collection targets.

·       Maintain professional communication and customer relationships.

Candidate Requirements

·       Minimum 1 year of experience in Telecalling, Recovery or Collection.

·       Candidates with prior experience in Loan Collection, EMI Recovery, Banking Collection, NBFC Collection or Telecalling Recovery can apply.

·       Previous Collection Experience is Mandatory.

·       Candidates with DRA certification and Non-DRA candidates both are welcome.

·       Good communication and convincing skills.

·       Ability to handle customers and payment-related objections.

·       Target-oriented and comfortable working in a collection process.

·       Immediate joiners preferred.
