Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain products / services and answer customer inquiries.
• Generate leads and schedule appointments.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
• Follow up with prospects and customers as required.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in English & Tamil.
• Good computer knowledge.
• Positive attitude and convincing skills.
• Prior telecalling / customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
