Telesales & Telecollection Executive📍 Location: Chennai
👥 Openings: 35
💼 Experience: Fresher to 5 Years
🏢 Work Mode: Work From Office
🗓️ Working Days: Monday to Saturday
⏰ Office Timing: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM
- 💰 Salary & IncentivesFreshers: ₹17,000 – ₹20,000 Net Salary
- Experienced: Up to ₹27,000 per month
- PF: Additional
- Performance Incentives: ₹2,000 – ₹40,000 per month based on target achievement
- 🎯 Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers for telesales and payment collection.
- Explain products/services and generate sales through telephone calls.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending or overdue payments.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups and customer commitments.
- Achieve assigned sales and collection targets.
- Ensure professional and effective communication with customers.
- 🎓 EligibilityEducation: Graduate
- Experience: Freshers to 5 years
- Candidates with experience in Telesales, Telecollection, Telecalling, BPO or BFSI will be preferred.
- Hindi is mandatory as a significant customer base is from UP, Bihar, Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable working with targets.
