Job Title: Telecaller

Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year

Location: Chennai

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident telecallers to join our team. Freshers are welcome to apply. The candidate will be responsible for making calls, communicating with customers, explaining products/services, and maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to customers/leads.
  • Explain products, services, or offers clearly.
  • Handle customer queries professionally.
  • Follow up with interested customers.
  • Maintain daily call and follow-up records.
  • Achieve assigned calling and performance targets.

Required Skills:

  • Good communication skills.
  • Basic English and fluent Tamil communication.
  • Customer handling skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Freshers are welcome.

Preferred Candidate:
