• Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to company-provided leads.
• Explain our real estate projects and schedule site visits for interested customers.
• Follow up with prospects regularly and maintain customer relationships.
• Coordinate with the field sales team to ensure smooth customer visits and sales conversions.
• Assist customers during the negotiation process.
• Collect referrals from satisfied customers.
• Maintain daily call records and follow-up reports.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
