Job Description
Job SummaryWe are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller / Lead Generation Executive to connect with potential clients, introduce our IT and digital services, and schedule meetings for our sales team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for customer interaction.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to businesses and prospective clients.
- Explain the company's software, website development, AI automation, and digital marketing services.
- Generate qualified leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Schedule appointments and online meetings for the business development team.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or Excel sheets.
- Understand customer requirements and forward them to the technical or sales team.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Build long-term relationships with clients through professional communication.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Hindi speaking ability is an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, Email, WhatsApp Web).
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
- QualificationMinimum: 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Degree.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
- Experience in telecalling, BPO, customer support, or sales will be preferred.
- Preferred Candidate ProfileStrong interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and disciplined.
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
- Interest in technology, software, websites, and AI solutions.
