Telecaller

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, explaining products/services, and generating leads or sales.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally
• Explain company products/services clearly
• Follow up with interested customers
• Maintain call records and customer database
• Achieve daily/weekly targets
• Resolve basic customer queries

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Tamil/English (Hindi added advantage)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Positive attitude and convincing skills
• Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
• Ability to work with targets
