Job SummaryWe are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Loan Sales Telecaller to generate leads, contact prospective customers, explain suitable loan products, and convert leads into successful applications/disbursements.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
• Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, tenure, and required documentation.
• Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan options.
• Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
• Follow up regularly with interested customers to move applications forward.
• Coordinate with the sales/credit/operations team for document collection and application processing.
• Maintain accurate customer and lead information in CRM/software.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
• Maintain a strong follow-up pipeline and ensure timely callbacks.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
• Build good relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Ensure all customer communication follows company policies and applicable lending regulations.
• Maintain records of calls, leads, applications, and conversions.

• Eligibility & Experience12th pass / Graduate preferred.
• Freshers can apply; experience in telecalling, banking, NBFC, fintech, or loan sales is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in English and/or relevant regional languages.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Strong interest in sales and target achievement.
