Job Summary Provide technical assistance to users by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware, software, network, and system issues. Support end users through phone, email, chat, or in-person assistance to ensure smooth IT operations.

• Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network issues
• Respond to helpdesk tickets and user queries promptly
• Provide remote and onsite technical support
• Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions
• Monitor system performance and escalate complex issues
• Maintain IT documentation and issue logs
• Support operating systems like Windows, Linux, or macOS
• Configure email clients, VPNs, and office applications
• Ensure security updates and antivirus systems are active
• Required Skills Knowledge of operating systems and computer hardware
• Basic networking concepts (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS)
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with ticketing tools and remote desktop tools
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Understanding of Microsoft Office and cloud tools
