💰 Salary: Minimum 23 K PM to maximum 30 K PM + DA + Incentive + Travelling

About the Role:

We are looking for a Technical Sales Executive with experience in TMT steel / steel / structural steel / building materials to develop sales and business opportunities in Chennai.

The candidate will be responsible for meeting builders, contractors, developers, consultants, engineers and project sites and converting project opportunities into sales.

What You Will Do

• Generate new business for TMT steel bars in Chennai and nearby areas.
• Visit construction sites and meet builders, contractors, developers, engineers and consultants.
• Identify upcoming construction projects and potential TMT steel requirements.
• Promote company products and explain TMT grades, specifications, quality and applications.
• Develop relationships with project decision-makers and obtain product approvals.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations and orders until successful conversion.
• Coordinate with dealers, distributors and internal teams for order execution and delivery.
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
• Monitor competitor activities, market prices and customer requirements.
• Maintain daily visit reports, project pipeline and sales MIS.
• Handle customer queries and coordinate with the technical/quality team for resolution.
• Who We Are Looking ForDiploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Civil Engineering preferred.
• 2–6 years of experience in TMT Steel / Steel / Structural Steel / Building Materials sales.
• Candidates with existing contacts among builders, contractors, developers and consultants will be preferred.
• Good technical understanding of TMT steel and construction applications.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Must be willing to travel for site visits and customer meetings.
• Target-oriented, energetic and capable of developing business independently.
• Tamil and English communication required.
