Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and provide technical sales support.

• Conduct customer site visits for technical assessment and requirement analysis.

• Prepare and submit accurate quotations based on customer requirements.

• Explain solar solutions, products, and technical concepts to customers in a simple and effective manner.

• Coordinate with the technical and installation teams for project execution.

• Maintain continuous follow-up with customers until project closure.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Achieve sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

• Prepare sales reports and update customer interactions in the CRM system.
