Team Member Cum Restaurant Staff

As a Team Member at KFC, the candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a great dining experience for our customers. This role requires enthusiasm, teamwork, and a commitment to upholding KFC’s brand values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders, and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Food Preparation: Follow KFC’s standard procedures to prepare and serve food with the highest quality and hygiene standards.
• Cash Handling: Operate the POS system, handle cash/card transactions, and provide accurate billing.
• Hygiene & Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, dining, and service areas as per company guidelines.
• Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members and support restaurant operations.
• Adherence to SOPs: Follow company policies, safety protocols, and food handling procedures.
