1. Team Member (Outlet Operations)

Experience Required: Minimum 6 months in QSR / Food & Beverage Industry

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver excellent customer service and maintain guest satisfaction

Prepare and serve waffles, beverages, and menu items as per SOP

Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards

Handle billing, order taking, and POS operations

Support daily opening and closing activities

Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months experience in QSR / café / restaurant operations

Good communication and teamwork skills

Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach

Flexible to work in shifts

2. Store Manager

Experience Required: Minimum 1.5 years of experience as a Store Manager in QSR Industry

Key Responsibilities:

Manage complete outlet operations and daily business performance

Lead, train, and motivate team members

Monitor sales targets, food cost, and operational efficiency

Ensure stock management and inventory control

Maintain service quality, hygiene, and brand standards

Handle customer escalations and improve customer experience

Prepare reports and coordinate with management

Requirements:

Minimum 1.5 years of managerial experience in QSR industry

Strong leadership and people management skills

Knowledge of inventory, operations, and sales management

Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
