Job Description
Position: Team Leader
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the driver operations team.
- Coordinate with drivers and clients for smooth daily operations.
- Monitor attendance, shifts, and performance of drivers.
- Resolve driver and customer issues promptly.
- Prepare daily reports and update management.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Maintain good communication with clients and team members.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of Team Leader or Operations experience.
- Good communication skills in Tamil (English is an added advantage).
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
