Supply Chain Manager

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Vendor Management

* Source and procure coffee beans, dairy products, bakery ingredients, packaging materials, cleaning supplies, and other operational requirements.

* Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and onboard new suppliers.

* Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.

* Monitor supplier performance and conduct periodic vendor reviews.

Inventory Management

* Ensure optimal stock levels across all outlets and central stores.

* Monitor inventory movement and reduce wastage, pilferage, and stock-outs.

* Implement inventory control systems and conduct regular stock audits.

* Analyse consumption patterns and forecast future requirements.

Logistics & Distribution

* Coordinate movement of materials from suppliers to warehouse and outlets.

* Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of products to all locations.

* Optimize transportation routes and logistics costs.

* Track deliveries and resolve supply chain disruptions promptly.

Warehouse Operations

* Oversee warehouse management, storage standards, and stock accuracy.

* Ensure FIFO (First In First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry First Out) practices are followed.

* Maintain proper documentation of inward and outward stock movements.

Planning & Forecasting

* Collaborate with Operations and Outlet Managers to forecast demand.

* Develop procurement plans based on sales projections and seasonal trends.

* Maintain safety stock levels for critical items.

Cost Control & Process Improvement

* Identify opportunities to reduce procurement and logistics costs.

* Improve supply chain efficiency through process automation and standardization.

* Generate reports and dashboards to track KPIs and operational performance.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

* Ensure all purchased products meet company quality standards.

* Maintain compliance with FSSAI regulations and food safety guidelines.

* Monitor supplier certifications and quality documentation.
