Job Description
Manage zone-level operations and business growth across assigned locations.
Drive market expansion and new hub/location activation.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned zone.
Manage relationships with clients, partners, and local stakeholders.
Monitor zone-level performance, revenue, productivity, and operational KPIs.
Coordinate with Hub, Last Mile, Operations, and central teams to ensure smooth execution.
Support manpower planning and rider supply as per business requirements.
Track competition, market trends, and local business opportunities.
Conduct regular performance reviews and action plans for underperforming locations.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports and management updates.
