Spares Receipt: Receive spares from HMSI/parts distributor, verify with invoice & PO, check for transit damage/shortage

GRN & System Entry: Prepare Goods Receipt Note and update inward stock in DMS same day

Binning & Storage: Arrange spares in proper bins/racks as per Honda binning standards, maintain dust-free storage for critical parts

Issue to Technicians: Issue parts to technicians against job cards, ensure correct part no. & quantity,

Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels of fast-moving A-class items, maintain re-order levels, initiate indent to Purchase Dept
