Store Supervisor

Supervise daily branch operations during the assigned shift.

Manage and guide staff to ensure smooth workflow.

Monitor attendance and shift schedules.

Ensure excellent customer service.

Handle cash, billing, and daily sales reconciliation (if applicable).

Maintain stock/inventory and coordinate replenishment.

Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are followed.

Resolve customer complaints and operational issues.

Prepare shift reports and hand over information to the next shift.

Coordinate with the branch manager regarding daily operations.

Ensure company policies and SOPs are followed.
