Responsible for managing the end-to-end operations of the dark store, including inventory management, order fulfillment, team supervision, and daily operational performance. Ensures timely order dispatch, inventory accuracy, compliance with SOPs, safety standards, manpower planning, and achievement of key operational KPIs while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
