Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, ensure excellent customer service, drive sales performance, and lead the store team effectively. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in retail management, and the ability to manage store profitability.

• Key Roles & Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end store operations, including staff supervision and daily activities.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure store profitability.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve customer queries efficiently.
• Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and coordinate with vendors for timely replenishment.
• Ensure proper visual merchandising and store cleanliness as per company guidelines.
• Prepare sales reports, analyse store performance, and suggest improvements.
• Train, motivate, and monitor store staff to maintain productivity and discipline.
• Handle cash management, billing accuracy, and store audits.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety rules, and operational procedures.
