Store Manager

Roles & Responsibilities: 

  Coordinate with customers and sales team for enquiry handling and order processing  

  Follow up with leads and support in lead conversion activities  

  Maintain customer database and update CRM records regularly  

  Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales-related documents  

  Coordinate with warehouse and delivery team for timely dispatch of materials  

  Handle customer calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and provide product information  

  Showroom Handling and supervising 

  Build good relationships with existing and new customers  

  Assist in resolving customer issues and coordinating after-sales support  

  Ensure proper communication between customers, vendors, and internal departments
