Store Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Take complete ownership of the store during assigned shift
• Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Prepare weekly staff rosters and allocate manpower efficiently
• Handle inventory management, stock monitoring, and replenishment
• Ensure product availability and coordinate stock movement
• Maintain store hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation standards
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns
• Engage actively with guests and create a positive customer experience
• Supervise team performance and ensure SOP compliance
• Manage shift opening/closing, cash handling, and reporting
• Ensure service quality, product standards, and operational discipline
