Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store Keeper with a restaurant or hospitality background to manage inventory, receive and issue stock, and maintain accurate inventory records. The ideal candidate should ensure proper storage of food and non-food items while minimizing wastage and maintaining inventory accuracy.

• Key ResponsibilitiesReceive goods and verify quantities against purchase orders and invoices.
• Inspect deliveries for quality, damages, and expiry dates.
• Store inventory following FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) principles.
• Issue stock to kitchen and restaurant departments against approved requisitions.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in Excel or inventory management software.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchase team for replenishment.
• Track damaged, expired, and slow-moving inventory.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the store area.
• Coordinate with Kitchen, Purchase, Accounts, and Operations teams.
• Prepare stock reports, inventory variance reports, and consumption reports.
• Prevent stock loss, pilferage, and unnecessary wastage.
• EligibilityGraduate or Diploma in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Store Keeper in a restaurant, hotel, QSR, cloud kitchen, or hospitality industry.
• Knowledge of inventory management and stock control procedures.
