Store Executive

1.Welcome customers and provide friendly, personalized service.

2.Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.

3.Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

4.Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS operations accurately.

5.Maintain store cleanliness and ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently followed.

6.Receive, arrange, replenish, and display merchandise on the sales floor.

7.Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management, stock counts, and stock audits.

8.Process product exchanges and returns in accordance with company policies.

9.Stay updated on current promotions, new arrivals, and product knowledge.

10.Assist in opening and closing store procedures.

11.Support the Store Manager in daily operational activities and administrative tasks.

12.Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational guidelines.
